Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be made up to 48 hrs prior to arrival at no charge. After this limit the cost of the first night will be charged. PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE: YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR BOOKING THE AMOUNT CHARGED IS NOT REFUNDABLE Bookings from the 27.12. until the 02.01.2009 can not be cancelled without charge. The amount of the first night will be charged from the credit card.
