Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is guaranted by your credit card if you’ll not arrive and you don’t stay in the hotel . The hotel will control the validity of the credit card , some will not be carried out debits on your credit card and will directly pay to the hotel. IF the credit card is blocked, we don't accept reservation The cancellations until 2 days only by email or fax before the arrival do NOT involve cost. The late cancellations involves debits of the first night.
